Marc Gold is a member of the Executive Board of OCRF’s Junior Board. His involvement with OCRF began near its
inception, including work in connection with the earliest Junior Board and volunteering at various OCRF events as far back as the initial
Super Saturday in 1998.
Marc and his sister Gerri, also on the Junior Board’s Executive Board, dedicate their time to OCRF in honor of their mother, Evelyn Gold, who passed away at the age of 55 after battling ovarian cancer for seven years. Her strength and courage during those seven years taught them many things, especially to live each day to its fullest and to handle the difficult things in life one day at a time. Her bravery and positive attitude inspire them to help spread awareness about ovarian cancer through OCRF.
Marc graduated from Colgate University with an A.B. in political science and earned his juris doctorate from Emory University School of Law. He is a corporate finance attorney in New York City.
