Alana John-Beuthin

Personal Description:

As a tribute to all women who are engaged in a daily struggle against ovarian cancer – and the precious few who touch our lives so personally – our family have decided to create the Alana John-Beuthin Memorial Fund in loving memory of our daughter, sister, mother, wife, and friend, Alana, who after a courageous struggle, passed away in February 2004.

You will always have a special place in our hearts.

Much love,
The John & Beuthin Families.

Personal Description:

The novel, “The Touch of a Lighter Hand”, (www.thetouchofalighterhand.com) has been dedicated to this cause by pledging an irrevocable cash donation to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.

The novel is available from Amazon online. Details of the donation are described on the web pages displaying the book details. Our goal is to raise $100,000.

Kilalo Chair Massage Studio Founder, Costa John, set a world record on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday November 20th, 21st and 22nd, 2009. He provided 50 consecutive hours of chair massage to 229 sponsored clients in these 3 days.

Dubbed the Touch Project, (Treatments for Ovarian & Uterine Cancer Healing), participation in this event was yet another step towards the goal of $100,000 in Alana’s memory for the OCRF.

A cumulative total exceeding $50,000 has been donated in the 12 months ended 31 October, 2011!

The most loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend one could ever hope to have had.Alana was all about giving, giving, giving.Rest in peace in the loving arms of Jesus.

Raymond – 06/25/2008

Alana had a never-ending spirit of generosity and kindness. She was beautiful inside and out. She was a woman of strength and courage. I miss her, but I know that she is watching over all of us.

Claudine – 06/25/2008

Alana was my godmother. She was a very loved woman, most likely because she always had her heart open to loving, and she never stopped, even in her last breath. She will be missed

Jordan – 06/25/2008

Alana was very brave, wise and helped my dad in his toughest times. She was always there for him and was the only other sibling in North America with him. Through that they had a very special bond. She had anything but egotistical values, and had a special personality – for that I remember her.

Calvin – 06/25/2008

Darling Alana. I know you are watching over me. Of this I have no doubt. Thank you for loving me with all your heart and soul. I miss you and love you. What we had was so beautiful. You will always be in my heart. Till we meet again

I love you

I lost a sister and close friend, but I gained an angel to watch over me. Rest in peace, Alana. With deep love and affection, always.

Costa – 06/25/2008

Alana was an amazingly kind and loving person. Heaven is richer and the earth poorer at her passing. She is deeply missed.

A Friend – 06/25/2008

Alana, a strong, courageous woman who always put her family first….missed by many….
