Hello,

I am a 12 year old girl and when i saw this on tv i ran up stairs to sign up. I have 3 other siblings and when we were the ages 8, 7, 3, and 2. My mom was a assistiant nurse at a hospital and there was some pressure i her side area and since she was a nurse sort of she knew it wasn’t right. She went to so many doctors apointmets and they said its fine but the cancer spread. Then she had a test done and they called and said your films were ready but she wasn’t suppose to pick them up before the doctor got a copy. But know her eperice of being a nurse when she looked at the film she knew she had ovarian cancer. when she called the doctor they said yes you have stage 4 ovarian cancer and there is a chance that you will pass on in 3 months. Remeber that there was 2, 3, 7, 8 year old in the house. Those last months we did every thing under the sun that we could. Then afer her surgrey they found out that my dad had kidney cancer too. But my mom and dad are still alive today thankfully but just in December they found 15 leachers on her brain and just in Jan. they found 4 tumors in her neck and cant do surgery. Jeanne, you are a wonderful daughter! I am so sorry your family is going thru so much. Keep the love and hope alive. May God bless you and your family, and may He hold your mom close, give her strength and great doctors to help her.
