Personal Description:

My mother fought ovarian cancer and won. I write this just before Mother’s Day fully aware how fortunate I am to be celebrating the day with Mom.

Personal Description:

I learned just how tough my mom was as she endured surgeries, chemo and all the side effects that go with it. She went through it all without complaining. For a time, she was physically depleted but her spirit was strong. Her will, along with wonderful doctors and nurses healed her and returned her to us whole enabling her to be the loving mother and grandmother she has always been. How lucky we are.
