Nancy Martell

Personal Description:

Dedication:

After a long battle with Ovarian Cancer my best friend and loving wife became an angle on March 20 2010. I am so happy that god allowed me to be a part of her life. I am not mad that he took her away but am happy to know that we will be together again when it is my time to go home.

I am so very sorry.

Michelle Goetzinger Borda – 04/14/2010

There is not a day that goes by that I do not think of Nancy and say a little prayer for her. Miss her

Diane Martell-Rafferty – 04/22/2010

It brings me to tears to see all these beautiful women, taken far too early, from this insidious disease. I think of my mom each day. She was taken way too soon…as was Nancy.

Michelle Borda – 04/29/2010

Thank you Michelle. Just to let you know, I am working with OCRF of Upstate NY to raise money for Ovarian Cancer Research and Awareness. The main group is Hope for Heather. So far, I have had one main event that Nancy attended before her passing that raised over $6500.00. My next event will be later this summer and I will be working with Hope for Heather and SWIM, Syracuse Women In Music. Both org’s can be found on facebook and at Hopeforheather.org. I have a 23 year old daughter that is next in line unless we come up with some type of cure. I think of Nancy every day and wonder if this is real or a dream. Just wish I would wake up…

Well in two weeks it will be one year. Nancy, Lynie and I miss you and we think about and talk to you every day. We love you.
