As of January 2016, we are pleased to announce we are joining together to form Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance (OCRFA), the largest global organization dedicated to advancing ovarian cancer research while supporting women and their families. Shelia Hemmig

Personal Description:


In loving memory of Shelia E.Hemmig,devoted wife, mother, grandmother,great grandmother,sister, and daughter who passed away May 27, 2011. Shelia was surrounded by family at the time of her passing and is greatly loved and missed by family and all who knew her.

Personal Description:

Shelia was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in April 2005 and in May was operated on and was staged at 3c. Shelia went on chemotherapy and was on chemo for 6 years. Shelia fought the good fight, never giving up, never complaining, and always having a smile for those who knew her. Shelia was a beautiful person both inside and out and loved by all who knew her. Shelia was my wife,my love, my best friend, and my greatest joy. I miss her with every fiber of my being but now she is home in Heaven with the Lord and is free of pain and suffering.

shelia was a loving and beautlful sister ‘who was always there for me when my son Ian was losing his fight with cancer even though she was flghting her own battle! I love and miss her dearly and know she ls watching over Ian in Heaven and waiting for her beloved husband Bob in time! Our lives are forever chagned without her loving presence.
