Spc. Kimberly Kallstrom

Personal Description:

In Loving Memory of my daughter, Kimberly Kallstrom (Feb. 7, 1979-Nov. 2, 2010). Kimberly, we all miss you very much. Not a day goes by, that I don’t think about you. I know your brothers and sisters do the same. You taught us to be brave and we try to be; but some days are better than others. You were taken from us much too soon. It is only our faith in God that reminds us that you are in a better place and out of pain. Keep watch over us and your fellow soldiers who are deployed in Afghanistan. We love you. Mom

Personal Description:

Kimberly was a strong and determined young woman. She was diagnosed with stage IIIC Ovarian Cancer in May of 2010. She fought bravely until her final day, November 2, 2010. She never complained and taught us all to be brave and to face Life and finally, Death with courage and dignity. She is greatly missed by her family, friends and fellow soldiers in the Oklahoma Army National Guard, 1-279, 45th Infantry.
