My Aunt Susan was a courageous woman who never let her cancer get to her spirit. She was full of laughter and brought joy into so many lives. We miss her every day.

MY SISTER SUSAN WAS WITHOUT A DOUBT ONE OF THE FUNNIEST PEOPLE YOU COULD EVER MEET. SHE LOVED LOVED HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITH ALL HER HEART. SHE SO ENJOYED HAVING SUNDAY DINNERS AT MY HOUSE WITH GRANDMA PREPARING WHATEVER IT WAS SHE WAS ABLE TO EAT. GRANDMA ENJOYED HER VISITS MORE THAN ANYONE. THEY HAD A WONDERFUL RELATIONSHIP. GRANDMA WAS HER BEST AUDIENCE. MANY A SUNDAY HER PACE WAS SLOW COMING IN THE DOOR, AND I OFTEN WONDERED HOW SHE FOUND THE STRENGTH TO GET HER SELF TOGETHER. SHE WAS ALWAYS DRESSED TO PERFECTION AND AS SOON AS WE GOT HER SEATED SHE TOOK OVER THE ROOM. HER INCREDIBLE SENSE OF HUMOR HAD US ALL LAUGHING. THIS RITUAL WENT ON EVERY SUNDAY DINNER WITH GRANDMA COOKING. WHEN HER VISITS STOPPED SO DID PART OF MY HEART. I MISS HER SO MUCH SOME DAYS I HURT ALL OVER. NOT A WEEK GOES BY THAT I DON’T SAY TO MYSELF —-I HAVE TO CALL MY SISTER AND…….. MY SISTER GAVE NEW MEANING TO THE WORD COURAGE…..I WILL NEVER STOP MISSING HER. KATHLEEN

Aunt Sue was the best Aunt anyone could ask for! She always knew how to make everyone laugh and she brought so much joy to a room. Her smile and laugh were contagious, we always looked forward to having her over or hanging out with her because we knew it was going to be a good time! I admired her strength in so many ways she was so always so brave. She had more strength than anyone I have ever met. We miss her everyday but know that she is watching down on us.
