Tunes For Teal

Tunes for Teal was held in Kingman, Kansas and was organized by Lisa Hammerschmidt in honor of her mother, Thelma Hammerschmidt. The event raised $3,300 for OCRF through a silent auction, quilt raffle, informational speech and a concert.

The Sisters of Habit, a group of local women who have been singing together for 17 years, performed songs from the film Sister Act and wore teal ribbons on their collars as a show of support for those whose lives have been touched by ovarian cancer.
